1. Customer provides disease and normal tissue sample, we will design a diagnostic and analysis strategy, implement the strategy to uncover which genes may cause the disease. 


2. We take large data sets of DNA genome sequencing, RNA transcriptome sequencing and protein mass-spec data to integrate and interpret to a biological story.


Small Molecule Screening

1. Customer provides a protein name and want to know what kind of small molecule has best affinity to that protein. We will design a strategy and work with collaborators to find which small molecule may serve as best drug candidate to inhibit that protein function. 


2.  Improve small molecule affinity to protein by modifying small molecule functional groups.
